Production comes first

Each order is decorated after purchase. Inkthreadable normally needs 3–5 working days for production; courier transit is additional.

When to expect your order

UK delivery usually takes 1–5 days after dispatch, depending on the service and destination. Please allow approximately 4–10 working days in total. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Initial embroidery setup, busy periods and remote destinations can take longer.
