Launch reminder requests

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your consent choice and the submission record. We use them to send Drop 001 launch reminder emails on the basis of your consent. Signing up is optional and is separate from buying. Email us at any time to stop reminders.

Orders and customer support

Shopify processes checkout, order and payment information. We use order and contact details to fulfil purchases, answer questions and meet record-keeping obligations. Necessary order details are shared with Inkthreadable and delivery providers for production and shipping.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and receives launch-form submissions; notifications may be delivered to our Gmail inbox. Shopify operates the purchase controls and checkout. These services can process necessary technical information and may process data outside the UK, under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Storage and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose described, including necessary order records. Withdrawn launch signups will be removed from the reminder list; a minimal opt-out record may be kept to respect your choice.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a concern by email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Browser storage

Shopify may use essential browser storage to maintain your bag and checkout. This website does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics tracking. External font services may receive basic connection information when fonts load.
