Changing your mind

For standard Drop 001 products bought online, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return it. You can try on an item as you would in a shop; please keep it clean and avoid wearing it beyond checking the fit.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Email us for return instructions and the correct return address before posting. Do not send returns directly to the production partner.

Your refund

We refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge when you cancel the whole order. Any extra paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the problem. We will explain the appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty or incorrect. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
